I bought this call from Gene in 1999, my second year going to Reelfoot. It is an Ironwood call with sapwood in the barrel & stopper. Gene carved & painted flying mallards & some swimming ones on the sapwood. His name is engraved on the back of the barrel. Call is 6 1/4" and Arkansas style with a plastic reed. I Very Nice Traditional call by a Great Call Maker.
